Concerning the cottages :
Both cottages are equipped with central heating or electric heating,
color television (French programs) and a washing machine.
Linen is available on request (sheets, napkins).
Off season, possibility of renting
long weekends, celebrations and a couple of days.
Arrival time: between 16.00 and 19.00 hours
Departure: between 8.00 and 10.00 hours

How to make a reservation?
1 - You
can take an option on the cottage of your choice by e-mail (see
form below), fax or telephone. Then you have 7 days to make us
a down payment of 25% of the rent in Euros by cheque,
bank transfer or post.
2 - One
month before your arrival the total amount of the rent must
be in our possession, if not, we consider your reservation as
cancelled, your down payment is reimbursable.
3 - At
your arrival we will ask you a deposit of guarantee of 230 €.
Damages caused by you are your responsibility. This deposit will
be given back to you at your departure, eventual reduced with
the costs of replacing damaged goods.
In case you don't wish to clean the house before you leave, we
will ask you 50 € for a cleaner.
4 - In
case of cancellation, the payments you already made, are not reimbursable.
